The World Business Council for Sustainable Development (WBCSD) would like to invite you for a brief presentation around the Sustainable Development Goals(SDGs), communicating sustainability from a business perspective and women’s leadership. This event will take place in our HQ in Geneva, not far from the Place des Nations.
Careers can be a challenge. Like a top athlete, one needs to stay sharp, in shape, react instantly, be strategic, predict the next steps and act accordingly! Self-control and optimism are important, too, especially when things look bleak.
How do you manage the challenges in your life? Are you able to maintain your high performance at all times, or do you sometimes find yourself overwhelmed, lacking energy, lashing out to loved ones, and on the edge?
This workshop is a first aid kit to deal with overwhelming situations. You will learn how to recognize stress at its earliest stage, well before it becomes anxiety, burn-out, or worse. Then you will practice methods that work best for you, and make a rapid change possible through direct influence at a neurological level.
The term stress is generally recognized and associated with unpleasant experiences. Nevertheless, well-regulated stress reinforces our motivation, stimulates the energy we put into our actions and accompanies our projects.

Elle nous racontera son parcours politique au niveau fédéral, la manière dont elle a repris les rênes de l’Alliance F, et surtout son engagement quotidien, très pragmatique, au delà du clivage partisan droite-gauche, en faveur de l’égalité entre hommes et femmes.

Dans un monde en mutation accélérée, complexe et incertain, le leadership vertical et solitaire est devenu inopérant, et clairement remis en question. Les leader(e)s sont appelé(e)s à développer ancrage et alignement dans un lien authentique et positif à l’autre. L’enjeu de la connaissance de soi n’a jamais été aussi fort. C’est en se connaissant qu’un(e) leader(e) pourra exprimer le meilleur de soi au service du projet commun. C’est en sachant qui il ou elle est vraiment qu’un(e) leader-e pourra se présenter de façon authentique et donc juste face aux autres. Il s’agit en définitive de connaitre la meilleure ressource dont nous disposons pour embarquer les autres : soi-même.
