The Women on Boards commission’s activies has been supporting, connecting and empowering women on their leadership journey, while working to address gender inequity in the boardroom and across leadership roles.
At WOBs we inspire and equip women to apply for, and achieve, board of directors, executive boards and leadership roles through our workshops, events, programs, and personal support.
WOBs events are open to men, encourage dialogue and raise awareness at senior management levels. Because the statistics are clear : in Swiss companies, women are far too under-represented in management positions.

To access and succeed on board and executive committee, women need a blend of competencies that align with the demands of high-level leadership :
