Avocate, elle travaille dans une banque comme conseillère juridique, en devient directrice adjointe. Politicienne, elle est élue à différents niveaux : conseillère municipale de la Ville de Genève, députée au Grand Conseil et actuellement Conseillère d'Etat. Féministe convaincue, elle prône l'inclusion pour parvenir à davantage d'égalité. Lors de ce déjeuner, Nathalie Fontanet évoquera les différents ressorts qui lui ont permis de franchir les étapes cruciales de sa vie professionnelle et dévoilera sa conception de la politique à la tête des finances du canton de Genève.
