Sophrology helps to improve our well-being – join us to practice it!
There are multiple applications for Sophrology that determine the techniques used. In its most generic sense, it consists of easy to do exercises that support our overall well-being. At this virtual workshop, we will focus specifically on a few exercises for being calm and happy.
You just need a chair to sit comfortably and enough space in front of you to stand up and not touch anything if you move your arms around or stretch out your feet. Have also pen and paper handy, to write a few things down for yourself at the end.
Specific sophrology techniques will apply to the evening’s exercises so we understand the concepts and why we are doing the exercises. Concretely, we will practice body scan, full body tension release and a mood lifting exercise.

Gloriya Collet – After almost 15 years of professional experience in a multi-national finance environment and all its related stress, Gloriya discovered sophrology and its many personal and professional benefits. She took the time a few years back to get a diploma from the International Sophrology Federation and now enjoys both activities simultaneously – finance on one side and sophrology on the other – where she guides and supports clients through their own personal and professional challenges.
