In this interactive workshop we will dive into the key components of salary negotiation, including preparing yourself, building your confidence, what you should think of when communicating your salary aspirations, and how to come to the agreement that you deserve.

You will leave with some practical tips and inspiration on how to negotiate for yourself and not leave money on the table.

Fredrika Rylander is a highly passionate executive leadership coach and facilitator, specialized in management, newly appointed leaders and communications.

Her track record includes leading global external and internal communications teams remotely across five continents and of course, negotiating salaries from both ends of the table.
