Drawing on decades of scientific research and international consulting experience, Branka Zei-Pollermann will reveal how voice, communication, and emotional intelligence influence credibility, authority, and leadership presence.

About Branka
Branka Zei-Pollermann is a psychologist, linguist, researcher, and founder of the Vox Institute. She holds a PhD in Psycholinguistics from the University of Geneva and has conducted research and teaching at the University of Geneva, University Hospitals Geneva, and the University of Zagreb. Through the Vox Institute, she has advised and trained leaders and organizations worldwide, including CERN, WEF, UBS, Roche, Swiss Re, IMD, the United Nations, and numerous public institutions. Her work combines scientific rigor with practical applications in leadership, communication, and emotional psychology.
