“We do not see the world as it is, we see it as we are”Anaïs Nin

The subsequent multitude of perspectives existing in an international and multicultural environment provides a fertile ground for creative problem-solving and innovation. It can nevertheless also be a source of misunderstanding if different modes of perception, mental  models and communication styles aren’t anticipated and recognized.

During this highly interactive workshop we will look at concrete examples on how our background and culture in which we grew up do impact the way we perceive behaviors and communication patterns. Easily applicable intercultural tools will enable participants to make sense of their own experiences working with individuals from around the globe.

The participants will walk away with immediately useful guidelines on how to bridge cultural differences and to develop their intercultural competences on a daily basis.

Let’s have a look at cultural differences with fresh new eyes !
