Stress is a phenomenon that has proven to have a very real impact on health, well-being and productivity. In this time of COVID19, everybody’s level of stress is higher and employees are often left dealing with it alone at home. These webinars aim to open the conversation among colleagues to help improve their capacity to cope with stress, focusing on nutrition, body movement and sleep. The live, group, open nature of these webinars allows individuals to “socialize” while focusing on their self-care.
This webinar aims at motivating the behavioral change needed to conquer the challenge of stressful working life through optimal health and wellness. Time will be spent understanding, discussing, brainstorming and setting goals in the specific areas of Nutrition, Physical Exercise and Sleep including how they directly relate to stress. Each participant will leave the with empowering objectives and relevant tips to implement immediately, encouraging them to take personal responsibility for their health and performance. As much time as needed will be left for questions and discussion
