Unlock the power of your emotional intelligence (EQ)
Emotions are valuable signals that help us survive and thrive. When we learn how to use them, emotions help us make more effective decisions, connect with others, find and follow purpose — and lead a more whole-hearted life. New research reveals that people with high emotional intelligence scores are 7 times as likely to have high scores on “vital” leadership, trust and change.
During this interactive workshop you will learn the neuroscience of emotions and realise how emotional intelligence starts with ‘knowing ourselves’. By experiencing the correlation between the way we ‘THINK – FEEL – ACT’, through practical exercises developing your emotional intelligence, you will become more aware, intentional and purposeful in the way you lead yourself and influence others.
Practical tools and tips will be shared to support you in becoming more skilled in using emotions to reach your goals, improving your performance and being more successful in all you do.
Are you ready to strengthen your emotional intelligence? Why not start today?
