WHAT IS A MASTERMIND GROUP?
Masterminding is a structured and intentional process where a group of 4-5 CWF members meet regularly to exchange ideas, share challenges, offer support, and hold each other accountable.
The goal is collective growth through shared wisdom: each member contributes their experience and insights, while also benefiting from the perspective and problem-solving power of the group.
It’s not coaching or training—it’s peer-driven and built on mutual trust, confidentiality, and commitment.
In short: it’s a think tank and support system rolled into one, designed to help each member succeed and thrive—personally and professionally.
TIMING:
- Application form to fill before September 20
- Groups will be created by the end of September
- Start group meetings early October, with an introduction workshop offered by the CWF to make of your Mastermind group a great experience
- Specific support and facilitation will be offered for the 1st session (optional)
- End of program in July 2027
Conditions to apply:
- you must be a CWF regular member, individual or corporate.
- you must be ready to meet every 4 weeks with your group, with a positive mindset and a willingness to genuinely contribute, in full confidentiality.
