Complex Negotiation Techniques for Women Leaders

Negotiations have become increasingly complex: extreme time pressure, stakes which are difficult to pinpoint, multiple stakeholders, irrational behaviors, threats, bad faith, ultimatums.
The ADN Complex Negotiation, developed by one of the world’s leading complex negotiation firms, the ADN Group (www.ADNGroup.com), is based on an operational and pragmatic approach using the PACIFICAT© methodology. It relies on the unique experience of the ADN founders, field negotiators, and is designed for all parties involved, no matter whether such negotiations are sporadic or frequent, in complex negotiations: human resources, social relations, buying/selling, crisis negotiation, diplomacy, doctor – patient relationships, etc.

During this 2-hour interactive session you will:
- Discover the critical capabilities needed to prepare, lead and debrief a negotiation, including decoding the human factor, which increases complexity.
- Gain awareness about obstacles specific to women and insights to overcome them.
- Be introduced to the unique PACIFICAT© referential and how it will help you have more impact as a negotiator.
Hosted and delivered by a CWF Member, Stéphanie Kveton, Managing Director of AK+Partners (www.AKPartners.net), an ADN Affiliated Agency, a network of experienced negotiators and facilitators from various industries and backgrounds, including law, international commerce, human resources, science, psychology and behavioral sciences. All are certified in the PACIFICAT© methodology.
For this workshop, Stéphanie will be joined by Anna Panka, Solveig Ruffenacht and Fredrik Karlström, all of them part of the Global team of Negotiators
Pre-work: we invite all participants to complete
1) ADN Insider survey (www.ADNInsider.com) – results are directly and confidentially retrievable by participants,
2) the Predictive Index tool – will be administered to registered participants

Stéphanie is a behavioral Economist and Managing Partner at AK+Partners. After spending several years in key management roles within a large multinational company, Stephanie set up her own consultancy practice, merging with a long established management consulting firm. AK+P is a Swiss-based, internationally active boutique consultancy which specializes in Management & Organization Development, and is the exclusive distributor for the PI tool in Switzerland.
