This interactive, two-hour workshop with Caitlin Walker, partner of We Reinvent, offers a transformative tool for identifying when there is conflict in the room, ensuring that you are in a great state to respond well and supporting you to move the attention from problem to outcome and then to action. Thus, avoiding wasteful arguments or silent resistance. It’s designed to spark continuous learning, inspire confidence, and cultivate the tools needed for success in both professional and personal spheres.

Biography:
Caitlin Walker is known for her expertise in conflict resolution, facilitation and organisational development. She is the author of the books “From Contempt to Curiosity”, creating the conditions for groups to collaborate, and “So, you want to be DramaFree!”. She works in corporate sectors to resolve embedded conflicts that are costly for the people and the business.
She also works with teenagers, lawyers, police, families, universities, communities and NGO’s. With her breadth of experience, she can support you to apply these tools wherever you need them most.
