    Manager une équipe, gérer un conflit, changer de carrière, se mettre à son compte… Le regard que l’on porte sur nous-mêmes a un impact sur nos décisions et nos évolutions professionnelles. La confiance en soi devient alors un ingrédient important de notre réussite: elle nous aide à nous affirmer davantage, à faire face à des situations que l’on avait de la peine à affronter, elle nous encourage à passer à l'action. Nous, les femmes, avons parfois des difficultés à reconnaître nos réussites. 

    Alors qu’il nous faut tout, plutôt vite de surcroît, nous nous posons régulièrement des tas de questions, notre mental ne nous lâche pas :

    • Est-ce que je serai à la hauteur ?
    • Est-ce que je suis assez présente à la maison ?
    • Est-ce que ? Est-ce que ? Est-ce que? Pourquoi… ?

    Et voilà que la confiance s’invite ! 

    Durant cet atelier, on sortira des sentiers battus… pas de prise de note, pas de présentation Powerpoint, on va «expérimenter» !
