DESCRIPTION:Cet événement est ouvert aux membres et aux non-membres\, dans distinction de genre\nQuand l’entreprise ouvre la voie à l’égalité des chances\nLa rentrée scolaire est synonyme de nouveaux départs\, d’apprentissages… et d’opportunités. \nMais pour certains jeunes\, franchir la première marche vers un avenir professionnel reste un véritable défi. \nÀ travers le témoignage de Valérie Margarito (comité CWF)\, de Lara Bertoletti\, Directrice du Petit Escabeau\, et d’Olivier Berard\,  International Client Marketing Strategic Projects Director\, Cartier (Groupe Richemont)\, nous découvrirons comment une fondation et une entreprise peuvent unir leurs forces pour accompagner des jeunes vers davantage d’autonomie\, de confiance et d’inclusion. \nAu programme : \n\nDécouvrir la mission et l’impact du Petit Escabeau\nComprendre pourquoi Valérie et Olivier ont choisi de soutenir cette initiative\nÉcouter le témoignage d’un collaborateur engagé sur le terrain\nÉchanger sur le rôle que les entreprises peuvent jouer pour favoriser l’inclusion et créer un impact durable\n\nUne rencontre inspirante qui nous rappellera que quelques marches peuvent parfois changer toute une vie. \nBIOGRAPHIES: \nValérie MARGARITO\, Depuis 2026\, Valérie est membre du comité du Career Women’s Forum (CWF)\, où elle est responsable des membres Corporate et du programme Women on Boards (WOB). Dans sa vie professionnelle\, elle pilote les programmes de leadership\, de coaching et de mentorat au sein de l’équipe Learning & Development de Richemont. Curieuse de nature\, cosmopolite et dynamique\, Valérie est une grande voyageuse\, passionnée de sport et aime créer des liens entre les personnes. Tant dans sa vie personnelle que professionnelle\, elle s’appuie sur quatre valeurs fondamentales : l’empathie\, le courage\, la curiosité et l’intégrité. \n \nLara Bertoletti\, directrice du Petit Escabeau. Diplômée d’un Bachelor en Relations Internationales à l’Université de Genève et d’un Master en Sciences Sociales spécialisation en Migration et Citoyenneté à l’Université de Neuchâtel. \nC’est lors d’un projet de volontariat d’un mois et demi à San José au Costa Rica\, qu’est née son appétence envers le bénévolat avec les enfants. Lara a débuté comme bénévole au sein de l’association Le Petit Escabeau en mars 2023 et quelques mois plus tard\, elle a rejoint l’équipe en tant que coordinatrice. Depuis janvier 2026\, elle est désormais la directrice de l’association.  \nAujourd’hui Lara continue de suivre bénévolement les deux élèves hebdomadairement. L’une en 5P et la seconde en 8P. Elle est ravie de cette collaboration qui perdure et fière de voir leurs progrès à travers les années.  \n \nOlivier Berard\, International Client Marketing Strategic Projects Director\, Cartier (Groupe Richemont). Diplômé d’HEC Paris. En 25 ans chez Cartier\, Olivier a travaillé exclusivement hors de son pays\, la France : au Japon\, en Russie et désormais en Suisse. Reconnaissant pour la richesse de ces expériences\, il s’est intéressé au bénévolat à Genève et a été particulièrement séduit par l’association Le Petit Escabeau. Depuis 2023\, Olivier y accompagne des élèves une fois par semaine.
