DESCRIPTION:To register for this new program please fill in this form\nMembers’ only \nWe have received very positive and enthousiastic feedback from the members who took part in the first editions of the MASTERMIND GROUPS and therefore we are delighted to launch the third edition of this members’only program meant to help you thrive\, wherever you are in your career path. \nWHAT IS A MASTERMIND GROUP? \nA mastermind group is a peer-to-peer mentoring group used to help members solve their problems with input and advice from the other group members. In a group of 5 women\, the self-organised group meets every 4 weeks for around 2h\, to brainstorm on their current challenges. It is basically a very powerful co-development opportunity\, and you gain high motivatind more alignment in the processon a. \nWHAT TYPE OF CHALLENGE TO ADDRESS? As an example it could be improving Team management\, career\, developing business\, Job search… and it can be anything you currently need to develop yourself… Including exploring what could be your next step 🙂 \nThe groups will be formed by the CWF\, based on the application form in which you will state your expectations. The groups are formed for a period running over a year\, and could be reconducted for a longer period if relevant. \nFor more information about the program\, you can  ask for the recording of an online presentation sending an email to administration@cwf.ch.\n \nFull description of the program \nTIMING: \n\nApplication form to fill by end of August\,\nGroups created in August\,\nStart group meetings in September\, with an introduction workshop offered by the CWF to work efficiently together\,\nEnd of program in July 2025\n\nConditions to apply: \n\nyou must be a CWF regular member\, individual or corporate.\nyou must be ready to meet every 4 weeks with your group\, with a positive mindset and a willingness to genuinely contribute\, in full confidentiality.\n\nTo register for this new program please fill in this form (Deadline: August 31st)
