DESCRIPTION:In this session\, Didier Cossin will discuss what paths managers and executives can take to develop their career and join company boards. SUMMARY:L'apprentissage d'une jeune CEO - Isabelle Harsch
DESCRIPTION:A l’aube de la trentaine\, Isabelle Harsch a déjà un long et brillant passé managérial derrière elle\, avec tout ce qu’une fulgurante success story peut comporter de hauts et de bas. \nSon master de droit en poche\, à l’âge de 22 ans\, Isabelle Harsch décide d’accepter le défi lancé par son père : reprendre un jour les rênes de l’entreprise familiale créée par son grand-père et gérée pendant plus de 40 ans par son père. Elle nous expliquera ce qui en a constitué l’élément déclencheur. Employée pendant 4 ans en passant par de nombreux services\, Isabelle devient la directrice de la société qui porte son nom à l’âge de 28 ans. Elle évoquera pour nous cette période de transition. \nCela fait maintenant 4 ans qu’Isabelle est à la tête de Harsch\, the Art of Moving. Elle nous racontera ce qu’elle a retenu de son parcours d’apprentie dirigeante\, elle qui se considère toujours en phase de formation. Que cela implique-t-il d’être à la tête d’une entreprise de plus de 130 collaborateurs ? Quelles erreurs a-t-elle commises\, qu’en a-t-elle retenu ? Quelle évolution a-t-elle souhaité donner à son entreprise ? Dotée d’une grande force de travail\, très impliquée dans la gestion au quotidien de son entreprise\, Isabelle a imprimé son propre style de management à sa société.
