Si vous souhaitez figurer sur la liste d’attente\, merci d’envoyer un message à l’adresse: administration@cwf.ch\nSandrine Giroud\, nommée bâtonnière de l’Ordre des avocats de Genève en mai 2024\, est seulement la deuxième femme à occuper ce poste en 129 ans d’histoire. Lors de ce déjeuner\, elle partagera son parcours exceptionnel dans le domaine juridique\, les défis qu’elle a rencontrés\, et son engagement pour la mission des avocats et les droits humains. \nThèmes abordés : \n\nDéfis du Leadership Féminin : Sandrine discutera des dénominations genrées (“bâtonnière” vs “bâtonnier”) et de l’importance de ces discussions pour faire évoluer les mentalités dans un milieu dominé par les hommes.\nParcours Inspirant : Elle évoquera les obstacles qu’elle a surmontés pour s’intégrer à Genève et briser les plafonds de verre\, illustrant son parcours par des moments clés de sa carrière.\nDéfis Actuels du Droit en 2024 : Image du rôle et de la mission des avocats\, concurrence internationale\, enjeux liés à la digitalisation et santé mentale\, Sandrine évoquera les défis auxquels sont confrontés les métiers du droit. Elle parlera aussi de la sous-représentation des femmes dans les postes de direction et des écarts salariaux persistants.\nExpertise en Litiges Internationaux et Droit de l’Art : Sandrine partagera ses expériences dans ces domaines spécialisés.\n\nEnfin\, elle offrira des conseils pratiques pour réussir dans le domaine professionnel : agir\, oser\, créer des alliances\, investir en soi\, et persévérer. \nCe déjeuner est une occasion unique de découvrir comment le leadership féminin peut transformer le secteur juridique et de s’inspirer du parcours de Sandrine Giroud. \nSandrine Giroud est avocate associée au sein de l’étude LALIVE à Genève. Elle est spécialisée en contentieux suisse et international\, notamment en matière de litiges commerciaux\, de recouvrement d’actifs\, de criminalité économique\, de sanctions\, de droit de l’art et de droits humains. Learn how to confidently articulate your worth in a panel of experts\, in boardroom discussions or executive meetings and influence decisions with charisma\, clarity\, and impact.\nSpeaking in public is an act that most women dread. When you are called upon to speak in front of an important audience\, at a strategic business meeting or on a panel of experts\, you are often very quickly judged by your ability to present. \nAt the many events she has hosted over the past 20 years\, Mélanie Freymond has often seen women on stage\, in TV and radio studios\, on panels (often in the minority) or as speakers who had a powerful message yet lacked impact. \nIn this workshop\, she’ll reveal her journey – the triumphs and challenges alike – and empower you to discover the confidence and impact that can truly transform your lives. \n*** \nMélanie Freymond is a well-known journalist\, presenter and moderator. She started her career as a presenter of children’s programs at RTS in 2000\, at the same time as her studies in sociology of communication and journalism at the University of Fribourg. After her master’s degree\, she worked as a journalist and columnist for various radio stations (Rouge FM\, LFM\, Radio Lac) for 9 years. \nBilingual in French and English\, and very fluent in German and Italian\, she continues to host entertainment programs for Swiss television\, as well as numerous events throughout Switzerland and beyond\, such as the Swiss Economic Forum\, Watches and Wonders or the Swiss Film Prize\, for over 20 years now. With passion and enthusiasm\, she has been hosting “The Swiss Voice Tour” for the last 7 years\, as well as several TV programmes such as “Agriculture Durable” and “Votre Argent” for La Télé. \n*** \nBeing in the spotlight is a whole job. \nCome and practise with us\, whether in English or French\, Mélanie will guide you in whichever language you feel comfortable in practicing. \n
