DESCRIPTION:Règle sanitaire en vigueur jusqu’au 24 janvier pour les événements du CWF: 2G = ouverts aux personnes vaccinées ou guéries. \nApéritif et repas assis\, port du masque obligatoire dès qu’on est debout. \nDans le cadre de l’initiative Women on Board\,  nous avons le plaisir de vous présenter Eglantine Jamet\, co-fondatrice d’Artemia Executive. \nDocteure en sciences sociales\, spécialiste des questions de genre et de diversité\, Eglantine Jamet a commencé sa carrière dans le monde académique\, en tant que Maîtresse de conférences à l’Université Paris Ouest où elle a enseigné et mené ses recherches pendant près de 15 ans. \nAyant à cœur d’agir sur le terrain et de mettre son expertise au service des individus et des organisations\, elle a co-fondé en 2013 l’association SEM Succès Egalité Mixité\, qui œuvre pour questionner les stéréotypes de genre\, notamment dans l’éducation\, et pour enrayer la reproduction des inégalités. \nConvaincue des bénéfices de la diversité\, elle accompagne les entreprises depuis plusieurs années pour développer une culture inclusive et améliorer la mixité dans les postes à responsabilité. \nC’est afin de proposer des outils concrets et une stratégie cohérente aux organisations qu’elle a co-fondé\, en 2018\, Artemia Executive\, premier cabinet de recrutement et de conseil en Suisse expert sur le sujet. \nEglantine Jamet nous dévoilera comment la mixité des équipes de direction permet « d’améliorer leur performance et d’initier un leadership d’avenir ». \nElle nous exposera également les freins\, managériaux\, familiaux\, encore présents limitant cette mixité. \nElle nous communiquera aussi les conseils qu’elle donne aux femmes pour leur permettre d’accéder aux sphères du pouvoir dans le monde professionnel.
