DESCRIPTION:On ne parle jamais de leadership au masculin\, alors pourquoi vouloir associer leadership et féminin ? Un bon leader\, quel que soit son genre\, est une combinaison de qualités et compétences innées et acquises\, uniques pour chaque individu. Pour autant\, quelle femme ne s’est pas vue prodiguer des conseils du type « Il faudra que tu sois plus dure… plus distante… plus autoritaire… (rayer la mention inutile) » au moment d’une prise de fonction de leader dans son organisation. Par ces « conseils »\, on lui demande de se conformer à un modèle de leadership masculin très stéréotypé. \nActuellement Directrice Générale d’Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty en France (AGCS)\, Corinne Cipière a été encouragée par certains de ses sponsors\, à des moments clefs de sa carrière\, à exprimer son plein potentiel en restant fidèle à elle-même. Depuis\, elle est animée par la volonté de transmettre cet élan aux femmes dont elle croise le parcours\, notamment via le mentoring. \nVenez écouter Corinne Cipière nous relater son parcours\, tant professionnel que personnel. Son témoignage permettra de mettre en évidence la singularité de tout chemin de vie et de faire mentir les stéréotypes de genre à tous les niveaux. \nBiographie \nCorinne Cipière est la Directrice Générale de la succursale française d’AGCS et assume également la Direction commerciale et marketing pour la région Méditerranée (France\, Italie\, Espagne\, Portugal\, Benelux\, Grèce\, Chypre\, Malte et Maghreb). \nCorinne Cipière était auparavant Directrice générale de Royal Sun Alliance France. Elle a également été la Présidente de l’Union des jeunes assureurs et réassureurs français (Ujarf) entre 2014 et 2015. \nCorinne Cipière a effectué l’ensemble de sa carrière dans le secteur de l’assurance qu’elle a débuté en 2002 chez Marsh. Elle y a notamment occupé les postes de chargée de mission auprès du Président\, consultante en conduite du changement et en risques financiers\, Directrice stratégie\, marketing et communication et membre du comité exécutif. \nDiplômée de l’Ecole Polytechnique\, Corinne Cipière est également titulaire d’un master de sciences de l’Université de Berkeley en Californie. \n
