SUMMARY:L’innovation dans l’administration publique

SUMMARY:Corporate event at Dupont: "Are Jobs Gendered? Rethinking the Workplace"
DESCRIPTION:This event is open all CWF corporate members\, both men and women and to individual members \nJoin us for an insightful corporate event\, “Are Jobs Gendered? Rethinking the Workplace\,” hosted by DuPont. We are excited to invite you to explore the concept of unconscious bias with our expert speakers— Dr. Taarika Singh\, an interdisciplinary Gender Specialist\, and Yuet Hui Foo\, champion of being Consciously Unbiased at DuPont. \nDr. Taarika Singh is an interdisciplinary Gender Specialist with policy analysis and gender-focused advocacy expertise. She holds an M.Phil. in Modern South Asian Studies from the University of Cambridge and has completed a Ph.D. in Gender Studies at SOAS\, University of London. \nCurrently based in Geneva\, Switzerland\, Taarika has worked with advocacy bodies in India and international organizations such as the Women’s International League for Peace and Freedom (WILPF). \nShe has also held academic roles at King’s College London and SOAS University of London. \nYuet Hui Foo is a marketer with an engineering background\, a Malaysian who has resided in Singapore\, Hong Kong\, Germany\, and for the past 18 years in Switzerland. Her passion for Diversity\, Equity\, and Inclusion (DE&I) stems from her extensive experience at multinational corporations\, global travels\, multicultural family\, and the belief that it is never too late to reshape our minds (she has proven that it is possible to learn and speak 3 new languages in adulthood!). Yuet encourages everyone to foster awareness of our unconscious biases to embrace diversity for a more inclusive world! \nGet ready for an engaging and interactive experience ! You will have the opportunity to learn about a methodology developed and used at DuPont to gain insights about yourself and your unconscious biases. \nAre you eager to begin this journey of self-discovery? We invite you to take one of the Harvard Implicit Association Tests (each test takes 15-20 mins) before the event – it may reveal surprising insights! We look forward to seeing you there! Take a Test \nDon’t miss this opportunity to challenge your perceptions and contribute to a more inclusive workplace! \nWe will welcome you at 18:00. We invite all CWF corporate members\, both men and women\, to take part in this gathering. As we have limited seating available and DuPont is kindly providing a cocktail for CWF members\, we will implement a fee of 30.- for registered members who do not attend the event\, in consideration of our corporate members. \nNumber of seats: 40 (first come\, first served) \n
