DESCRIPTION:The recording and the slides of the Q&A session that took place on February 13\, 2025 is at your disposal on demand.  \nPlease send a request to administration@cwf.ch \nDear CWF Members\, \nAre you ready to take part in a mentoring experience?  \nMentoring is one of the most powerful activities for someone’s personal and professional growth. A privileged relationship develops between the mentee and mentor\, usually a person with valuable experience in an area the mentee would like to develop in.  The mentor brings a new perspective to the mentee and provides her with a base to her reflections\, to reach her specific development goals. \nThe 2025 program registration is now open until March 7\, 2025! \nTo ensure your enrollment in the Mentoring program 2025\, make sure you fill in the relevant form by clicking on the following links: \nMentors form \nMentees form \nMentoring offer \nBacked by long-term experience\, CWF offers its members mentoring programs matching high-potential women with experienced mentors to help foster development and growth. \nIndividual members: The number of mentees will depend on the number of registered mentors. You can register as a mentor or a mentee. \nCorporate Partners: Each company should identify an equal number of either mentors and mentees candidates. Once identified\, the candidate fills in a profile form with professional and personal information. \n \nHere is the timeline of the program: \n\nBy March 7: Please complete the registration\nThroughout March: Pairs are formed with the help of corporate representatives\nBy March 31: Participants receive details about their mentoring partner\nBy April 1: Start of the mentoring partnership. Online workshop offered by CWF!\nDecember 2025: End of the program\n\nNew features for 2025 : \n\nMentors will have the possibility to mentor a participant of the EMBA program led by the Geneva University. How welcome! A visit from Switzerland’s long-serving\, former Federal Councillor for Foreign Affairs\, Geneva’s own Micheline Calmy-Rey. She makes a return visit to the Geneva Chapter – her third – to help us make sense of the swirl of current challenges\, not just in global affairs\, but right here in “international” Geneva too. \nMicheline was a member of the Swiss Federal Council from 2003 to 2011; and during that time was always head of the Federal Department of Foreign Affairs. Her insights\, based on experience\, are invaluable. Mme. Calmy-Rey was President of the Swiss Confederation twice\, in 2007 and 2011. \nCome and listen to her!
