Today\, they focus much of their work on the 50+ demographic\, including their recently released book “Wake-Up\, Shake-Up\, Thrive! How to Lift Up Your Life in Your 50’s and Beyond” (Swiss Secrets to Not Growing Old). They founded “Wake-Up\, Shake-Up\, Thrive!” \nDominique Ben Dhaou is a Swiss National who has been working in Human Resources leadership roles in international organizations for over 30 years. She has experience in 12 different industries across continents. As the Founder and Managing Director of PointNorth International\, she helps professionals and executives reinvent a career that truly fits their experience\, values\, skills\, and purpose. Dominique received her Bachelor of Science in Hospitality & Hotel Management from Ecole Hoteliere de Lausanne. In 2016 she was named “Top Professional of the Year in Human Resources.” An accredited member of several Boards of Directors\, she is certified in NLP from the American Board\, is a certified Executive Mentor\, and a certified coach in Positive Intelligence. Dominique resides with her family in Geneva Switzerland. \nEllen Kocher is an Economist and Certified Workplace Wellness Consultant. Master’s degree in health and Wellness Coaching\, ICF PCC\, NBHWC\, Health\, and Mindful Eating Coach\, Holding multiple global leadership roles in the Workplace Wellness Field. Educated in the USA\, Ellen made some major lifestyles changes and has dedicated the past 20+ years to walking her talk through workplace well-being\, promoting a holistic approach to eating\, physical activity\, health\, resilience\, and self-care. Through her company\, Whealthness\, Ellen has coached hundreds of individuals and groups in dozens of organizations to make sustainable lifestyle changes empowering them to go from knowing what to do to actually doing it! DESCRIPTION:INFORMATIONS IMPORTANTES A DESTINATION DES PARTICIPANTES A L A VISITE DE L’AÉROPORT \n\nRendez-vous à la salle de presse de l’aéroport à 17.00\nLe départ pour la visite aura lieu à 17.15 précises\, pas d’attente des retardataires\nVous devrez présenter la pièce d’identité dont vous avez donné le numéro et la date d’échéance. Aucune autre pièce d’identité ne sera acceptée\, la visite vous sera refusée.\n\nLa conférence aura aussi lieu à la salle de presse de l’aéroport \nLa salle de presse se trouve au niveau enregistrement. L’accès se fait par le couloir se situant à côté du guichet d’enregistrement 61. Il faut suivre ce couloir puis tourner à gauche.   \nPlan-localisation-Salle-de-presse \nDans le cadre de l’initiative Women On Boards\, nous avons le plaisir de vous convier à une visite exclusive de l’aéroport de Genève qui nous offrira l’opportunité d’appréhender sur le terrain les multiples enjeux auxquels doit faire face une telle organisation. \nAu terme de la visite\, une présentation de la gestion des risques en entreprise sera faite par Aurélie Amselem\, Head of Risk Management pour la Direction générale. \nAurélie Amselem a débuté sa carrière professionnelle à Zurich en tant que consultante dans une Big4. Pendant plusieurs années\, elle a accompagné des fonds d’investissement\, multinationales et PME dans leurs opérations de fusions-acquisitions en Suisse et à l’étranger.  \nEn 2015\, elle rejoint Genève Aéroport avec comme première mission la mise en place et le pilotage d’un système de gestion des risques intégré au sein de l’organisation. Dans le cadre de sa fonction\, elle est également responsable de la gestion de projets transversaux\, tant stratégiques que opérationnels\, pour le compte de la Direction générale.  \nAurélie est présidente du comité de sélection de GENILEM Genève\, une association qui accompagne des start-ups de la région dans leur développement. Elle a également œuvré comme membre indépendante du conseil d’administration d’une protech active dans le domaine de l’optimisation énergétique.   \nAurélie est experte comptable diplômée (ACCA). Elle détient un Master en comptabilité\, contrôle et finances de HEC Lausanne.   \nPourquoi mettre en place un système de gestion des risques d’entreprise ? Quels sont les enjeux à prendre en considération ? Comment se positionner afin d’assurer la prise en compte d’une vision transversale des activités?
