DESCRIPTION:“Une communication et un engagement au service et pour la défense des intérêts des Entreprises suisses” \nLicenciée en sciences politiques avec une longue expérience dans les relations commerciales et la communication\, il y a treize ans Cristina Gaggini a succédé à Chantal Balet à la direction du bureau romand d’Economiesuisse. \nFemme de conviction et d’action et de combat\, Cristina  a grandi dans un cadre familial traditionnel. Surnommée “Frau Doktor” par ses deux frères\, elle a su affirmer sa personnalité et ses choix. \n“Je ne serai surtout pas une femme au foyer!” \nElle aime défendre des causes\, se battre et communiquer en petit cercle mais le plus souvent face à un public nombreux. Elle apprécie de pouvoir aller droit au but\, empoigner des projets et disposer d’une marge de manœuvre pour atteindre les objectifs. \nA la Fédération des Entreprises Suisses\, elle défend leurs intérêts auprès des Chambres fédérales où s’élaborent les lois\, et parle en leur nom auprès des médias et de la population en Suisse romande. Au total\, il s’agit de quelque 100´000 sociétés qui emploient environ 2 millions de personnes. \nElle a pu observer le fonctionnement des hommes dans le monde de l’entreprise et n’a jamais éprouvé de difficultés à se faire entendre. Pour elle\, il faut chercher la complémentarité. \nSon organisation est dirigée au plan national par une femme\, les bureaux de Berne et de Lugano aussi. Quatre femmes\, donc\, mais aucune d’entre elle n’est mariée et n’a d’enfants. Le principal obstacle réside dans la difficulté à concilier vie familiale et professionnelle. \nConsciente des enjeux et défis qui pèsent sur les entreprise suisses\, elle les regarde avec beaucoup d’optimisme et considère par exemple que la numérisation représente une magnifique opportunité et a envie d’apporter sa pierre à l’édifice\, pour que la technologie soit au service de l’humain\, et non l’inverse.

DESCRIPTION:L’entrée dans l’hiver est souvent synonyme de rhumes\, sinusites\, angines\, grippes et autres pathologies saisonnières. Et si cet hiver nous pouvions passer à travers ? Comment doper notre système immunitaire pour mieux préserver notre santé et profiter pleinement de la vie ? \nNotre santé repose sur un système immunitaire aguerri. Elle y côtoie la nature et découvre la générosité et les bienfaits des plantes. \nElle décide alors de se former en micronutrition et en homéopathie en Suisse\, puis en médecine ayurvédique en Inde.
