DESCRIPTION:Chaque membre peut inviter une personne de son choix\, homme ou femme\, au prix membre en utilisant le ticket “invité-e” \nEn l’honneur de la Journée internationale de la femme\, le CWF est heureux d’ouvrir ce déjeuner aux FEMMES et aux HOMMES.  Vous pouvez partager ce thème avec votre réseau et inviter vos collègues et amis HOMMES à participer à ce déjeuner. \nJuillet 2020 a marqué un tournant décisif pour les grandes organisations suisses avec l’entrée en vigueur de la loi fédérale modifiée\, sur l’égalité des sexes. \nIl est toujours aussi important que l’égalité de rémunération\, en tant que percée sociétale\, soit portée par les hommes et les femmes. \nConcrètement\, où en sommes-nous et que peut-on faire pour réduire cet écart salarial ? \n\nComment les entreprises peuvent-elles analyser le salaire de leurs employés dans une perspective de genre ?\nComment les hommes peuvent-ils agir pour réduire cet écart de rémunération ?\n\nNotre orateur\, Johannes Smits\, directeur chez PwC et spécialiste de ce sujet\, nous expliquera ce qui peut être fait pour réduire l’écart de rémunération entre les sexes et nous donnera des conseils\, valables pour les hommes comme pour les femmes.

DESCRIPTION:The registration deadline has been extended to March 10th:  \ngreetings to those of you who have already enrolled for the journey.   \nThere are still a few seats available: come and join our program and meet your sparring partner for personal and professional growth! \nDear CWF Members\, \nMarch 1st marks the closing day for registering to the CWF mentoring programs. \nWe aim to match high-potential women with senior executive mentors. Mentoring is one of the most efficient activities for the individual’s personal and professional growth. A privileged relationship develops between the Mentee and Mentor\, usually a person with broad experience in an area the Mentee would like to develop in.  The Mentor brings a new perspective to the Mentee and provides her with a base to her reflections\, to reach her specific development goals. The Mentee could aspire to the same kind of professional role as the Mentor.
