Dans un monde où les enjeux de développement durable impactent fortement les entreprises et les clients de l’agence\, Laurence intègre au sein de l’agence des compétences de conseil stratégique en durabilité et RSE ainsi qu’en stratégie de marque et communication responsable. \nLa sensibilisation et la formation des équipes étant le point de départ pour accompagner la transformation responsable des entreprises vers des modèles plus durables\, Laurence a également lancé un programme en ligne Impact Learning. Celui-ci propose un parcours immersif au sein des enjeux du développement durable et de la responsabilité sociétale des entreprises\, avec des modules de finance durable et construction durable également. \nPassionnée et engagée\, Laurence est régulièrement invitée à transmettre son expérience à travers des formations qu’elle donne dans le milieu académique et dans les réseaux professionnels. DESCRIPTION:Comme tous les événements WOBs\, ce déjeuner est ouvert à tous\, femmes et hommes. \nDans le cadre de l’initiative « Women on Boards »\, nous sommes ravies de vous accueillir aux côtés de Céline Richa pour un partage autour de la gouvernance d’entreprise\, du rôle d’administratrice et de cheffe d’entreprise. \nComme nous pouvons le retrouver dans le parcours de Céline Richa\, experte fiscale diplômée et réviseur agréée ASR\, de nombreuses compétences\, outre celles purement techniques\, sont à développer pour atteindre et contribuer à la gouvernance d’entreprise. \n\nQuelles sont ces compétences ?\nComment contribuer efficacement en apportant son expertise au sein d’un comité ?\nQuels sont les besoins des dirigeants d’entreprises et comment les accompagner au mieux au sein d’un Board ?\nComment trouver son équilibre avec des rôles professionnels et personnels multiples?\n\nCéline Richa\, associée chez Richa & Partners S.A\, bénéficie d’une expérience professionnelle de 24 ans\, dont 15 ans dans l’investissement et la gestion de fortune. Céline a débuté sa carrière chez Arthur Andersen & Co en 1997\, se spécialisant dans la gestion des risques financiers et l’audit de portefeuilles de produits dérivés pour des clients basés à Paris\, Zurich\, Londres et Genève. Elle a ensuite rejoint la banque Lombard Odier & Cie\, où elle a occupé différents rôles\, y compris la gestion de la gamme de fonds “matières premières”. \nDepuis 2012\, Céline exerce avec succès dans son propre bureau. Elle a fondé Richa & Partners S.A.\, où elle met à profit son expertise en droit fiscal et en expertises financières pour accompagner ses clients dans une optique de transmission d’entreprise. \nSon parcours entrepreneurial est un exemple de réussite\, d’autonomie professionnelle et de réalisation personnelle. \nNous reviendrons ainsi le temps du déjeuner sur les différentes étapes de son parcours\, son expertise en termes d’entreprenariat et d’administration d’entreprise\, ses challenges et ses sources de motivation. \nNous nous réjouissons de vous retrouver nombreuses et nombreux pour ce déjeuner riche de partages et d’inspiration.

Pour rappel\, 58 femmes sont mortes entre 2020 et 2022\, 24 ont réchappé à une tentative. Plus toutes celles qui n’ont rien dit ! \nEn préambule de la campagne internationale\, les Clubs Soroptimist Genève-Fondateur\, Genève-Rhône\, Nyon-Rolle et le Club Zonta Grand-Genève et Terre Sainte\, s’associent pour cette campagne 2023. Avec le soutien des SIG et du Conseil administratif de la Ville de Genève. In 2010\, Dania joined the Swiss Red Cross with a mission to raise funds for victims of forgotten disasters. She co-chaired fundraising events for six years\, actively contributing to this cause. \nDania’s unwavering commitment extended beyond the boardroom as she embarked on journeys to witness firsthand the Red Cross’s projects\, including visits to Armenia\, Nepal\, and refugee camps in Lebanon. Additionally\, she was appointed to the Support and Development Board of the Swiss Red Cross. \nDespite challenging circumstances brought about by the Covid pandemic\, she founded Tiffany Circle Switzerland in 2021\, an International Network for women leaders and philanthropist who support and advance the work of the Red Cross and was recognized for her unwavering commitment when she was honored with the title of International Ambassador of the Swiss Red Cross in 2022. \nOver the lunch\, Dania will share with us her mission and her work with the Red Cross. Cela dit\, la rivalité au travail peut vite mener à des extrêmes\, quand la compétition entre collègues implique de s’écraser les uns les autres et de multiplier les coups bas allant parfois jusqu’à une véritable guerre des tranchées. Mal-être\, turn-over\, burn-out\, climat « toxique »\, démissions\, baisse de la productivité…ces rivalités coûtent cher à l’entreprise et à la santé des salariés.  \n▫️Quelle est la frontière entre rivalité saine et rivalité destructrice? \n▫️Comment se caractérise la rivalité des hommes vis à vis des femmes? \n▫️Quels défis pour le leadership féminin? \n▫️Comment rester focus? \nQuand l’enfer c’est les autres…femmes \nLes témoignages de femmes victimes des agissements d’autres femmes dans le cadre de leur travail sont nombreux : remarques blessantes\, jalousies\, harcèlement\, tâches ingrates\, rumeurs\, diffamations… Loin d’être épanouissant\, le travail devient alors un calvaire. On vante souvent les qualités professionnelles des femmes qui seraient porteuses de valeurs prometteuses d’un climat professionnel serein telles que l’empathie\, le respect pourtant les conflits entre femmes dans un cadre professionnel sont bien réels. La réelle solidarité féminine peine à éclore. Rarement abordé\, tourné en dérision\, le sujet est encore tabou\, mais il semble que la solidarité féminine ait ses limites dans le monde du travail actuel : la rivalité féminine divise et empoisonne les relations au travail entre femmes. \n▫️Comment expliquer cette rivalité féminine? \n▫️Quel est le poids de la domination masculine? \n▫️Quel lien avec le rapport mère-fille? \n▫️Quels sont les jeux psychologiques qui se jouent et comment en sortir? \nC’est à travers ce workshop inédit et passionnant alliant théorie et pratique que nous vous invitons à venir conscientiser\, transcender les rivalités au travail\, renforcer positivement vos relations interpersonnelles et construire ensemble des relations femmes-femmes plus solidaires\, source d’évolution du statut\, du rôle et de la progression professionnelle de la Femme. \nDans une première partie\, pour traiter le sujet d’un point de vue sociologique et psychologique\, nous avons le grand honneur de bénéficier de la lecture psychanalytique du professeure\, psychologue\, militante féministe\, écrivaine Annik Houel.
