DESCRIPTION:The registration deadline has been extended to August 31\, 2023\nTo register for this new program please fill in this form\nMembers’ only \nWe have received very positive and enthousiastic feedback from the members who took part in the first edition of the MASTERMIND GROUPS and therefore we are delighted to launch the second edition of this members’only program meant to help you thrive\, wherever you are in your career path. \nWHAT IS A MASTERMIND GROUP? \nA mastermind group is a peer-to-peer mentoring group used to help members solve their problems with input and advice from the other group members. In a group of 5-6 women\, the self-organised group meets every 4 to 6 weeks for around 2h\, to brainstorm on their current challenges. It is basically a very powerful co-development opportunity\, and you gain high motivation and more alignment in the process. \nWHAT TYPE OF CHALLENGE TO ADDRESS? As an example it could be improving Team management\, career\, developing business\, Job search… and it can be anything you currently need to develop yourself… Including exploring what could be your next step 🙂 \nThe groups will be formed by the CWF\, based on the application form in which you will state your expectations. Voici une journée à la montagne exclusive et riche en contenu que nous vous offrons du côté de Chamonix en France 🇫🇷 le Samedi 1er Avril 2023 avec un workshop inclus (Gestion de la performance) avec Wellnest Retreats\, des activités comme une randonnée en raquettes encadrée par des professionnels\, une initiation au bain de forêt\, de la méditation + une partie lunch & un After à la Folie Douce (voir vidéo ci-dessous). \nUn seul objectif : passer toutes ensemble une journée inoubliable! Passionnée par l’Art\, la littérature et l’Histoire des grandes civilisations\, Diane s’investit avec brillance et innovation dans l’ensemble de ces domaines. \nFéministe engagée\, Diane contribue de manière active à transmettre et promouvoir ses idées d’une société égalitaire et paritaire. DESCRIPTION:Infirmière de formation\, Maddalena di Meo ne se prédestinait pas à devenir cheffe d’entreprise. Pourtant\, à 36 ans elle est élue Femme entrepreneure de l’année 2016 et gère actuellement FirstMed  – une société qui propose des cours de premiers secours au grand public.\nSa réorientation professionnelle a été nourrie par une frustration dans son rôle d’infirmière. Entre augmentation de la charge de travail et diminution des effectifs\, le manque de temps auprès des patients a été le palier de trop\, qui a tout fait basculer. Un livre a été le moteur de sa reconversion : “Mille soleils splendides” de Khaled Hosseini\, qui lui a ouvert les yeux sur le fait qu’elle avait la possibilité de choisir sa vie\, qu’elle était libre de ses choix\, d’oser et de rêver. \n“Il y a des femmes qui se battent pour leur liberté d’exister et pour avoir accès à une éducation\, et moi\, j’avais peur de ne pas être à la hauteur! J’ai réalisé ma chance d’avoir le choix; le choix de le faire! DESCRIPTION:La visite est confirmée demain 23 novembre à 16.00 – Si vous pouvez vous libérer à la dernière minute\, n’hésitez pas à nous rejoindre devant le Grand-Théâtre. \nCe parcours artistique inédit et passionnant présente des œuvres d’art contemporain en dialogue avec des sites emblématiques au cœur de Genève. \nEmmené par Marietta B. Bieri\, membre du CWF depuis de nombreuses années\, l’événement présente 22 réalisations dans 17 lieux du centre ville de Genève\, en valorisant les jeunes talents aux côtés de signatures confirmées. SUMMARY:High Impact Mentoring Catch-up
DESCRIPTION:Registration is open only to mentees and mentors who have received the invitation and link to register (Spring or Fall session)\n \nAs a participant to the CWF’s Mentoring Program\, we have the pleasure to invite you to a one hour online workshop/catch-up facilitated by Christelle Patriarca. \nBased on the recording of the High Impact Mentoring worskhop given by Christelle Patriarca on April 5\, which will be sent to you\, you will be able to ask questions\, exchange ideas and experiences\, with the other mentors and mentees. It is not mandatory\, but however it will help you make the most of the mentoring journey with CWF! \nThe combination of the recorded workshop and this one hour catch-up will help to understand the respective roles of Mentors and  Mentees and  to increase their mutual confidence. You will also learn how to manage development discussions and mentoring partnerships with positive impact and effectiveness. \nIn short – you will learn how to: \n\nDefine and understand the expectations of both mentors and mentees\nLeverage personal and professional growth through mentoring and development conversations\nApply the GROW (Goal/Reality/Obstacles/Options/Way forward) model\, a development tool that works for mentees\, reports\, colleagues\, friends and relatives.\n\nFor confidentiality reasons\, this workshop will not be recorded. \n
