DESCRIPTION:H.A.W.A. : plus qu’un prénom\, un manifeste.\nDans un contexte social où les récits féminins restent trop peu visibles et où l’impact social se heurte encore aux réalités du terrain\, une question essentielle se pose : comment continuer à agir avec sens\, cohérence et ambition pour soi et pour les autres ? \nLors de ce déjeuner-rencontre\, Hawa Sangaré propose un temps de réflexion nourri par son expérience\, son parcours d’entrepreneure engagée et par le manifeste qui porte son nom : H.A.W.A. \nH pour Honorer les femmes.\nA pour Accompagner.\nW pour Inspirer à devenir des Winners.\nA pour Accomplir ses rêves. \nElle expliquera comment ce manifeste s’incarne dans son travail\, dans son atelier d’insertion et dans sa vision de l’émancipation. \nHawa reviendra sur les moments clés de son histoire : de son ancrage interculturel\, né à Drancy\, à la création de HAWA Paris\, toujours guidée par une même boussole : créer du beau avec du vrai\, et donner une seconde vie\, aux matières comme aux trajectoires humaines. \nBIOGRAPHIE  \nHawa Sangaré est psychologue clinicienne de formation\, spécialisée en ethnopsychiatrie\, et fondatrice de HAWA Paris\, une maison engagée qui fait de la mode un levier d’émancipation et de transformation sociale. Née à Drancy de parents maliens\, elle développe très tôt une lecture interculturelle des dynamiques sociales et humaines. \nAprès plus de vingt ans dans l’accompagnement de personnes éloignées de l’emploi\, elle se lance dans l’entrepreneuriat en 2014 en formant au leadership féminin\, à la communication\, à la prise de parole en public ainsi qu’à la confiance et à l’estime de soi. \nEn 2021\, elle fonde HAWA Paris et son atelier d’insertion à Paris\, réunissant création\, impact social et responsabilité environnementale. La maison conçoit des pièces intemporelles à partir de matières revalorisées issues de stocks dormants de grandes maisons\, dans une démarche d’upcycling exigeante et locale. \nSon atelier forme et accompagne des femmes et des hommes en situation de vulnérabilité vers l’autonomie professionnelle. \nCe déjeuner est pensé comme un moment de dialogue ouvert\, pour distinguer ce qui relève du symbole de ce qui crée réellement de l’impact humain\, professionnel et social.

Il impacte la qualité de vie et la santé des individus et limite la performance des organisations. \nL’objectif de cette conférence est de sensibiliser les participantes à l’importance de diminuer le stress pour mieux performer et adopter des comportements en faveur de la santé et de la qualité de vie. Des solutions pour diminuer le stress sont proposées. \nProgramme\n– Sensibilisation au stress\n– Travail de groupe : identification des situations et des facteurs de stress\n– Une méthode éprouvée pour se libérer du stress\n– Adopter une respiration anti-stress\n– Programmation mentale 3 signaux anti-stress\n– Questions-réponses\, échanges entre participantes \nBIO  \nDenis Inkei expert en gestion du stress et de la performance\, auteur de 2 livres (« La performance\, desserrer les freins\, booster les ressources »\, et « Je rumine moins\, c’est parti ! »\, parus aux éditions Jouvence) et conférencier\, propose une méthode de développement de soi basée sur les arts martiaux et les techniques d’accès à la conscience. Il sensibilise sur l’importance d’une harmonisation entre le corps et l’esprit\, entre la raison et les émotions\, pour une meilleure qualité de vie. Il a formé plus de 6’000 personnes à la gestion du stress et de la performance\, dont de nombreux managers. \nAvant de se dédier à la gestion de la performance\, Denis Inkei a durant 20 ans exercé de nombreux postes à responsabilité dans le champ des relations internationales et des médias (journaliste\, directeur de la communication de MSF\, chef du service de presse de la RTS\, fondateur-directeur d’une agence de relations publics\, enseignant dans les Universités de Genève et Annecy). Il est titulaire d’un master en relations internationales et d’un master en science de la communication\, il est aussi diplômé de l’académie suisse de sophrologie et porte le titre de professeur d’arts martiaux 5e dan.

Dans un monde qui se fragmente et se réarme\, il est bon de revenir à l’essentiel : qu’est-ce qui nous protège vraiment ? À quoi ressemble une sécurité efficace ? Et pourquoi sa gouvernance est-elle devenue l’un des enjeux majeurs de notre époque ? \nAu cœur de la Genève internationale\, le DCAF – Centre de Genève pour la gouvernance du secteur de la sécurité – apporte des réponses concrètes à ces questions. Son expertise\, forgée sur le terrain et nourrie par des années d’expérience\, résonne avec une pertinence particulière dans la crise actuelle. \nTrois femmes membres de la direction du DCAF partageront leur vision : le mandat de l’organisation\, ses actions au Sud et à l’Est de l’Europe\, en Afrique ou au Moyen-Orient\, les enjeux émergents liés à la désinformation et aux nouvelles technologies\, et les leçons que ses partenariats offrent aujourd’hui\, y compris pour la Suisse et l’Europe. \nTransparence\, inclusion\, redevabilité : ces principes ne sont pas des slogans.
