DESCRIPTION:English text below \nLe succès de cette croisière restant le même d’année en année\, nous avons décidé de perpétuer notre tradition et vous proposons de reprendre nos activités en passant une soirée sur le lac Léman sur un bateau belle époque de la CGN\, cette année Le Rhône (sous réserve de modification). \nUne partie du salon nous sera réservée pour le repas (menu 4 plats)\, et nous aurons tout loisir de nous promener sur le pont et dans les travées le reste du temps pour profiter du paysage ! Cette croisière est la même d’année en année; tour du bas lac en partant de Genève à 19.10 et retour à Genève\, en passant par Versoix\, Coppet et Yvoire\, avec si nous avons de la chance\, un beau coucher de soleil. \nPhotos des croisières précédentes: 2025 – 2024 – 2023 \n\nDépart de Genève Mont-Blanc: 19.10\nRetour à Genève Mont-Blanc: 22.15\nMenu 4 plats pour tout le monde\, option végétarienne. On peut vous demander de le présenter à l’embarquement.\n Nombre de places limité.\nDélai d’inscription: 19 août 2026.\n\n***** \nDue to the continued success of this annual event\, we are delighted to continue the tradition and invite you to join us for an evening cruise on Lake Geneva aboard one of the CGN’s iconic Belle Époque steamships—this year\, Le Rhône (subject to change). \nA private section of the lounge will be reserved for our group\, where we will enjoy a delicious four-course dinner. Throughout the evening\, you’ll also have plenty of time to explore the ship and take in the beautiful scenery from the deck. \nAs every year\, the cruise follows the lower part of Lake Geneva\, departing from Geneva at 7:10 p.m. and returning later in the evening. DESCRIPTION:SAVE THE DATE – Registrations will soon be open \nDesigning intergenerational collaboration for a stronger culture at the time of AI \n \nFor the first time in history\, four generations are working side by side in the workplace. When we focus on differences and reinforce stereotypes\, such as “Boomers are technophobes” or “Gen Z has no attention span”\, we create friction\, exclusion\, and hinder business performance. \nThis interactive workshop will provide practical insights and tools to foster intergenerational collaboration by exploring: \n\nWhat defines a generation? Understanding how societal\, technological\, and economic shifts shape generational identities.\nWhy do we segment people into generations? Examining the sociological studies and origins of generational classifi cations.\nWhat is ageism\, and how can we interrupt it? How does it particularly affect women? Identifying unconscious biases and designing for an age-inclusive workplace.\nWhat are the characteristics and strengths of each generation? Leveraging diversity to corroborate teamwork and fuel innovation.\nHow can women and men collaborate and communicate effectively across generations in the workplace? Developing inclusive communication strategies that strengthen intergenerational synergy.\n\nYou will leave the workshop with new perspectives as well as actionable insights to intentionally develop stronger working relationships across generations. \n Claudia Vaccarone Biography  \nClaudia is an Inclusion Strategy Advisor and Executive with over 20 years of international experience\, specialising in organisational culture\, inclusive communications\, and diversity strategy across corporate\, international\, and media sectors.
