In 2022\, she chose to transform that experience into a mission: using coffee as a powerful lever for social impact. \nThrough DONA\, Elisa connects consumers directly with women coffee producers\, giving visibility to their work while supporting their businesses and communities through fair sourcing and long-term partnerships. \nJoin us for an inspiring conversation about entrepreneurship\, purpose\, global responsibility — and how one idea can help change the world\, one sip at a time. \nBIO \nElisa Dot Bach is the founder of DONA Coffee. She spent most of my career in the global coffee industry\, working in innovation and marketing for a multinational company. But she also became increasingly aware of a disconnect: behind one of the most consumed beverages in the world are millions of farmers\, especially women\, whose work is largely invisible and undervalued.
