DESCRIPTION:L’entrée dans l’hiver est souvent synonyme de rhumes\, sinusites\, angines\, grippes et autres pathologies saisonnières. Et si cet hiver nous pouvions passer à travers ? Comment doper notre système immunitaire pour mieux préserver notre santé et profiter pleinement de la vie ? \nNotre santé repose sur un système immunitaire aguerri. Peu après l’obtention de son doctorat\, elle s’installe en Grèce pour y élever ses enfants. Elle y côtoie la nature et découvre la générosité et les bienfaits des plantes. \nElle décide alors de se former en micronutrition et en homéopathie en Suisse\, puis en médecine ayurvédique en Inde. Elle change ainsi radicalement de voie pour aborder la guérison de l’être à travers une pratique médicale holistique\, respectueuse de l’individualité de chacun. \nAuteure\, enseignante et conférencière\, Fabienne Burguière a récemment publié « Prenons soin de nous » aux éditions Favre : un dictionnaire médical de 384 pages destiné à devenir le compagnon quotidien de tout un chacun\, une boite à outils idéale pour comprendre le fonctionnement de nos organes et les interactions évidentes entre physique et mental. \nLe Dr Burguière reçoit ses patients sur rendez-vous en consultation à Lausanne et propose des conférences zoom le premier lundi de chaque mois sur des thèmes en rapport avec le corps humain\, l’alimentation\, la santé et le bien-être. www.sofos.life \n \n
