DESCRIPTION:Irenka Krone-Germann \nIrenka Krone-Germann est co-fondatrice et co-directrice de We Jobshare Sàrl avec Razvan Oprea et co-fondatrice et directrice de l’association PTO (Part-time Optimisation\, go-for-jobsharing.ch) –  qui vise à promouvoir de nouveaux modèles de travail flexibles tels que le job et top sharing en Suisse. \nElle est titulaire de différents diplômes universitaires dont un doctorat de l’Université de Genève pour ses recherches dans le domaine de l’économie du travail Elle est l’auteure du livre “Temps partiel en Suisse\, Pertinence\, impact et défis”\, Ed. Peter Lang. Elle a également codirigé l’ouvrage collectif sur le job sharing publié chez Ed. L’Harmattan Paris. \nIrenka a plus de 13 ans d’expérience dans le domaine du job sharing. \nSandra Gliffe \nSandra a pratiqué le job sharing avec succès pendant plus de 7 ans à un poste de management de dimension internationale dans un grand groupe du Nasdaq. C’est son expérience personnelle du job sharing qu’elle vient partager avec nous aujourd’hui. \nSandra est coach en leadership – notamment en leadership féminin – et fondatrice d’Entre Parenthèses. Elle est convaincue que promouvoir la diversité au sein d’une organisation passe aussi par l’acceptation et l’implémentation de nouvelles pratiques telles que le job sharing. Cette expérience lui a permis de grandir dans ses différents rôles de chef d’équipe et de continuer sa carrière tout en travaillant à 60%. C’est pourquoi\, il lui tient à cœur de partager son expérience pour inspirer d’autres femmes à oser le mettre en place. DESCRIPTION:This workshop is sold out. If you wish to be on the waiting list\, please send a message to administration@cwf.ch. \nPublic speaking is unusual and most people do not like doing it\, especially in international business when people sometimes have to speak in a foreign language. \nDuring this workshop\, Michael McKay of McKay’s International Corporate Communications & Public Affairs\, will help you improve your public speaking. \nMichael will provide participants with practical guidance on how to structure a speech or presentation\, capture the attention of listeners and influence them by giving a strong impression. He will highlight a list of “dos” and “don’ts” and indicate the place occupied by voice\, gesture\, body language and the use of imagery in a speech in public. \nAll participants will have the opportunity to speak in front of their audience.  The workshop will be limited to 20 participants. \nAre you ready to improve your public speaking skills in English language ? \nMichael McKay \nMichael McKay spent twenty three years in the toughest of international businesses\, tobacco\, holding senior positions in marketing\, corporate affairs and external relations. \nIn the mid-1980s\, he created McKay’s consulting firm\, addressing on behalf of corporate clients issues such as leveraging high-level networks in the Middle East\, counselling senior executives on better management of the external environment and effective government relations\, enhancing corporate reputation as well as managing communication problems that accompany change management strategies. His consulting work has been carried out in many European capitals. \nMichael is well-known as the charismatic\, former Chairman of the Geneva Chapter of the British-Swiss Chamber of Commerce (BSCC). In this role\, Michael hosted some of the highest profile business events in Anglophone/international Geneva\, exclusive business hospitality events at the Hotel Martinez in Cannes and international conferences in Indonesia\, China and at the Jumeirah Carlton Tower\, London\, to name a few. \nMichael McKay is the founder of “The McKay Interview” –www.mckays.ch – on World Radio Switzerland – www.worldradio.ch\, now in its 8th year with over one hundred and fifty “Guests”.
