SUMMARY:De la gestion à la résolution des conflits
DESCRIPTION:Pour raisons de santé\, Xavier Sylvestre n’a pas pu animer ce workshop à la date prévue. Ce workshop est donc reprogrammé et les inscriptions ré-ouvertes.\n\nIl y a un moment où les rapports humains sont si tendus qu’on en vient à penser que « ça ne sert à rien d’essayer quoi que ce soit\, tout a déjà été tenté sans succès\, rien n’y changera. » C’est justement à ce moment précis que la médiation s’avère utile\, voire même indispensable\, pour entamer l’inimaginable discussion qui permettra de résoudre le conflit. \nA travers ce workshop\, nous revisiterons les différents types de désaccords dans les relations humaines\, les mécanismes qui mènent au conflit et à l’adversité et – enfin et surtout – la voie de l’altérité qui permettra de résoudre durablement le conflit. \nA partir d’un cas pratique\, nous vous proposons une appropriation des concepts présentés\, une analyse de la situation et de la réponse apportée dans le cas et la recherche d’une solution alternative. \nA la fin de cet atelier\, vous saurez précisément quand vous avez affaire à un conflit et vous comprendrez les bienfaits d’une approche de médiation pour le résoudre avec habileté. \nXavier SYLVESTRE \nAprès une belle carrière dans l’assurance qui l’a amené à devenir Agent Général et créer avec succès sa propre entreprise\, Xavier SYLVESTRE a souhaité donner une nouvelle orientation à son chemin de vie\, plus en phase avec ses aspirations profondes d’accompagnement. \nIl a ainsi repris ses études à 48 ans\, pour renforcer sa formation initiale par un Executive MBA sur Genève\, une formation approfondie à la médiation et une certification en coaching holistique. \nAujourd’hui\, Xavier exerce des activités qui le font “totalement vibrer”\, accompagnant des entreprises suisses et françaises dans le domaine de la résolution de conflits inter- entreprises ou intra-entreprises\, entre associés\, entre équipes ou entre individus. \nIl a récemment créé PASSRELL\, agence spécialisée dans la médiation en entreprise\, en compagnie de 2 collègues et amies\, également expertes en médiation\, en formation et en conseil aux entreprises. \n« La qualité relationnelle ne lisse pas les différences de personnalités ou de points de vues\, mais au contraire prépare chacun à accueillir l’altérité dans tous ses reliefs\, en restant aligné avec soi-même … »

DESCRIPTION:Human voice is a powerful tool of persuasion and leadership. Its impact on the hearer is immediate. \nThe « vocal image » we project to the outside world is as important as the visual image. Scientists have identified significant relations between acoustic features of the speaker’s voice and her credibility and persuasiveness. Yet\, the assessment of vocal competences has so far been subjective\, intuitive\, and lacking scientific basis. The questions therefore are: \n\nCan we scientifically assess our vocal skills?\nWhich vocal features are related to charismatic leadership?\nHow can we improve our persuasiveness ?\n\nThis interactive workshop will lead you through many subtleties of the human voice as a powerful tool for leadership and persuasion. You will discover the strategic use of voice in speech communication and ways of creating impact by the tone of your voice. She works in leadership development with special emphasis on social and emotional skills applied to speech communication. Her work is grounded in the most recent scientific discoveries in social psychology and speech communication. \nBranka has been personally involved in Geneva University scientific research since 1980. She is author of numerous publications. In parallel to her work at Vox-Institute\, she held part-time teaching and research positions at: Faculty of Psychology (Geneva University)\, Geneva University Hospitals\, CERN\, and Zagreb University (Institute of Phonetics). \nHer professional profile is multi-disciplinary and her academic credentials include: a doctorate in psychology and three MA degrees (general linguistics\, cognitive psychology\, English and Italian literature). \nHer postgraduate studies include: phonetics\, linguistics\, philosophy and sociology. \nBranka Zei-Pollermann has been a very loyal member of the Career Women’s Forum almost since its creation\, supporting women’s leadership in society.
