SUMMARY:High Impact Mentoring Workshop
DESCRIPTION:Registration is open only to mentees and mentors who have received the invitation and the link for the session. \nDear 2021 CWF mentees and mentors of the Individual and the Cross Company Mentoring programs\, \nBefore starting the CWF’s Individual Mentoring Program and Cross Company Mentoring Program\, we have the pleasure to invite you to a preparatory workshop which will provide tools to make mentoring and personal development’s discussions highly effective. \nThis workshop will help to understand the respective roles of Mentors and  Mentees and  to increase their mutual confidence. \nAttend the workshop and learn how to manage development discussions and mentoring partnerships with positive impact and effectiveness. \nIn short – you will learn how to: \n\nDefine and understand the expectations of both mentors and mentees\nLeverage personal and professional growth through mentoring and development conversations\nApply the GROW (Goal/Reality/Obstacles/Options/Way forward) model\, a development tool that works for mentees\, reports\, colleagues\, friends and relatives.

Why not start today? \nSara Canna – CWF member \nSara Canna works as Team Lead\, Career Management and Development at the World Health Organization in Geneva where she has been managing career development\, coaching and mentoring programmes since 2013. \nCertified coach by the International Coach Federation (ICF) and career counsellor\, Sara holds a master’s degree in HR Development and is presently accredited with DISC Persolog\, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP)\, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and a series of emotional intelligence tools. She enjoys accompanying people in their journeys of change\, learning and development. \nPrior to joining WHO\, Sara worked at the International Federation of the Red Cross in Geneva and in the private sector in the areas of human resources management\, organizational and people’s development. \nSara is Italian and has three children\, enjoys travelling and has a passion for styling\, psychology and art.
