DESCRIPTION:Given the success of the program\, we have extended the registration deadline to August 25th.  \nTo register for this new program please fill in this form\nMembers’ only \nWe are delighted to launch our new members’ only program to help you thrive\, wherever you are in your career path: the MASTERMIND GROUPS. \nWHAT IS A MASTERMIND GROUP? Originally dedicated to entrepreneurs\, a mastermind group is a peer-to-peer mentoring group used to help members solve their problems with input and advice from the other group members. In a group of 5-6 women\, the self-organised group meets every 4 to 6 weeks for around 2h\, to brainstorm on their current challenges. It is basically a very powerful co-development opportunity\, and you gain high motivation and more alignment in the process. \nWHAT TYPE OF CHALLENGE TO ADDRESS? As an example it could be improving Team management\, career\, developing business\, Job search… and it can be anything you currently need to develop yourself… Including exploring what could be your next step 🙂 \nThe groups will be formed by the CWF\, based on the application form in which you will state your expectations. The groups are formed for a period running over a year\, and could be reconducted for a longer period if relevant. \nTIMING: \n\nApplication form to fill by end of July\,\nGroups created in August\,\nStart group meetings in September\, with a short introduction training offered by the CWF to work efficiently together\,\nEnd of program in July 2023\n\nAs it is a new experience for many of us\, we will adjust the program and timing depending on your feedback during the year. \nConditions to apply: \n\nyou must be a CWF regular member\, individual or corporate.\nyou must NOT be currently mentored within our regular mentoring program (mentors accepted – not mentees)\nyou must be ready to meet every 4 to 6 weeks with your group\, with a positive mindset and a willingness to genuinely contribute\, in full confidentiality.\n\nTo register for this new program please fill in this form (Deadline: August 25th)

DESCRIPTION:Dear CWF Corporate Sponsors Member\, \nIn line with the CWF vision: “connecting and advancing women in business” we are happy to launch the 2018 edition of the CWF Cross Company Mentoring program. \nThe previous editions proved to be a success and allowed the creation of several pairs of mentees-mentors. \n  \nAbout the program format: \nBackgorund: CWF has been supported by IBM to create a unique Cross Company Mentoring program for female talents from the CWF Corporate Sponsors companies\, allowing them to being mentored by a senior leader of the latter CWF members’ companies cluster . \nDuration: June to December 2018\, monthly meetings between mentor-mentee. \nNot eligible: Corporate Members  who currently already participate in CWF’s Individual Mentoring Program. \nMore info: please refer to the Mentoring page \n  \nRegistration/participation/pairing: \n\nRegistration: This program is handle by the CWF’s focal point in your company: please reach out to her to raise your interest in participating to the program by April 16th latest. \n\nPairing: Mentees/mentors will be paired during a face to face pairing session\, where all the focal points from the participating companies and their HR representatives will work together on finding the best fit for each mentee/mentor. DESCRIPTION:Dear CWF Member\, \nIn line with the CWF vision: “connecting and advancing women in business” we are happy to launch the 3rd edition of the CWF Individual Mentoring cycle. \nThe first 2 editions proved to be a success and allowed the creation of 21 pairs of mentees-mentors. \nLearn\, grow and expand your skills – and network! \nThrough your experience\, your respective know-how and skill-sets\, both the mentor and mentee can benefit from new ideas\, inspiration and professional leads. \nAbout the programme format: \nDuration: March to November 2018\, monthly meetings between mentor-mentee. \nPriority: Individual Members have priority\, however Corporate Members can also register (please note that the CWF organizes a Cross-Company Mentorship Mentoring program for Corporate Members). \nNot eligible: Members who currently already participate in CWF’s cross-Company Mentoring Program. \nRegistration/participation/pairing: \nIndividual Mentoring Program 2018 guidelines: Please read the attached and only register if you consent. \nMax participation: The 2018 cycle is limited to 10 mentees\, subject to the equivalent number of registered mentors. \nPairing: Depending on the registrations received\, mentee/mentors will be paired\, after which each mentee will receive the name of 2 to 3 potential mentors and will be responsible for contacting them to evaluate which mentor could best suit her needs. \nby 28th February: Please complete the registration form here \nby Mid-March: Potential mentee/mentor pairing will be sent ; participants have 3 weeks to meet. \nnext step: mentees will communicate their mentor preference to the CWF Mentoring Committee \nfinal step: finalized pairs will be communicated to participants \nMentor or Mentee?
