SUMMARY:Mastermind Program 2023-2024: New Registration Deadline
DESCRIPTION:The registration deadline has been extended to August 31\, 2023\nTo register for this new program please fill in this form\nMembers’ only \nWe have received very positive and enthousiastic feedback from the members who took part in the first edition of the MASTERMIND GROUPS and therefore we are delighted to launch the second edition of this members’only program meant to help you thrive\, wherever you are in your career path. \nWHAT IS A MASTERMIND GROUP? \nA mastermind group is a peer-to-peer mentoring group used to help members solve their problems with input and advice from the other group members. In a group of 5-6 women\, the self-organised group meets every 4 to 6 weeks for around 2h\, to brainstorm on their current challenges. It is basically a very powerful co-development opportunity\, and you gain high motivation and more alignment in the process. \nWHAT TYPE OF CHALLENGE TO ADDRESS? As an example it could be improving Team management\, career\, developing business\, Job search… and it can be anything you currently need to develop yourself… Including exploring what could be your next step 🙂 \nThe groups will be formed by the CWF\, based on the application form in which you will state your expectations. The groups are formed for a period running over a year\, and could be reconducted for a longer period if relevant. \nNEW: this year we will organise a special group for members looking for a new job. \nFor more information about the program\, you can ask for the slides presented during the information session held last June 26 or/and for the recording of this session. \nFull description of the program \nTIMING: \n\nApplication form to fill by end of August\,\nGroups created in August\,\nStart group meetings in September\, with an introduction workshop offered by the CWF to work efficiently together\,\nEnd of program in July 2024\n\nConditions to apply: \n\nyou must be a CWF regular member\, individual or corporate.\nyou must be ready to meet every 4 to 6 weeks with your group\, with a positive mindset and a willingness to genuinely contribute\, in full confidentiality.\n\nTo register for this new program please fill in this form (Deadline: August 31st)

DESCRIPTION:Given the success of the program\, we have extended the registration deadline to August 25th.  \nTo register for this new program please fill in this form\nMembers’ only \nWe are delighted to launch our new members’ only program to help you thrive\, wherever you are in your career path: the MASTERMIND GROUPS. \nWHAT IS A MASTERMIND GROUP? Originally dedicated to entrepreneurs\, a mastermind group is a peer-to-peer mentoring group used to help members solve their problems with input and advice from the other group members. In a group of 5-6 women\, the self-organised group meets every 4 to 6 weeks for around 2h\, to brainstorm on their current challenges. It is basically a very powerful co-development opportunity\, and you gain high motivation and more alignment in the process. \nWHAT TYPE OF CHALLENGE TO ADDRESS? As an example it could be improving Team management\, career\, developing business\, Job search… and it can be anything you currently need to develop yourself… Including exploring what could be your next step 🙂 \nThe groups will be formed by the CWF\, based on the application form in which you will state your expectations. The groups are formed for a period running over a year\, and could be reconducted for a longer period if relevant. \nTIMING: \n\nApplication form to fill by end of July\,\nGroups created in August\,\nStart group meetings in September\, with a short introduction training offered by the CWF to work efficiently together\,\nEnd of program in July 2023\n\nAs it is a new experience for many of us\, we will adjust the program and timing depending on your feedback during the year. \nConditions to apply: \n\nyou must be a CWF regular member\, individual or corporate.\nyou must NOT be currently mentored within our regular mentoring program (mentors accepted – not mentees)\nyou must be ready to meet every 4 to 6 weeks with your group\, with a positive mindset and a willingness to genuinely contribute\, in full confidentiality.\n\nTo register for this new program please fill in this form (Deadline: August 25th)

Mentoring is one of the most efficient activities for the individual’s personal and professional growth. A privileged relationship develops between the Mentee and Mentor\, usually a person with broad experience in an area the Mentee would like to develop in.  The Mentor brings a new perspective to the Mentee and provides her with a base to her reflections\, to reach her specific development goals. The Mentee could aspire to the same kind of professional role as the Mentor.
