SUMMARY:High Impact Mentoring Workshop
DESCRIPTION:Registration is open only to mentees and mentors who have received the invitation and the link for the session. \nDear 2021 CWF mentees and mentors of the Individual and the Cross Company Mentoring programs\, \nBefore starting the CWF’s Individual Mentoring Program and Cross Company Mentoring Program\, we have the pleasure to invite you to a preparatory workshop which will provide tools to make mentoring and personal development’s discussions highly effective. \nThis workshop will help to understand the respective roles of Mentors and  Mentees and  to increase their mutual confidence. \nAttend the workshop and learn how to manage development discussions and mentoring partnerships with positive impact and effectiveness. \nIn short – you will learn how to: \n\nDefine and understand the expectations of both mentors and mentees\nLeverage personal and professional growth through mentoring and development conversations\nApply the GROW (Goal/Reality/Obstacles/Options/Way forward) model\, a development tool that works for mentees\, reports\, colleagues\, friends and relatives.
