DESCRIPTION:Before the 2019  kick off of CWF’s Individual Mentoring Program and Cross Company Mentoring Program\, this preparatory workshop will provide tools to make mentoring and personal development’s discussions highly effective. \nThis workshop will help to understand the respective roles of Mentors and  Mentees and  to increase their mutual confidence . \nAttend the workshop and learn how to manage development discussions and mentoring partnerships with positive impact and effectiveness. \nIn short – you will learn how to…: \n\nDefine and understand the expectations of both mentors and mentees\nLeverage personal and professional growth through mentoring and development conversations\nApply the GROW (Goal/Reality/Obstacles/Options/Way forward) model\, a development tool that works for mentees\, reports\, colleagues\, friends and relatives.\n\nFormat: \n\n18.00-18.30: Welcome\n18.30-20.30: Workshop\n20.30-21.30: Cocktail and networking\n\nVéronique Beltz is Deputy Head of HR – Head of L&D at Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) – Master Certified Coach (MCC) by ICF and a CWF member. She has gathered over 15 years’ of experience in developing Human Capital for private sector companies and not-for-profit organizations. She designs and delivers digital and classroom learning programmes and supports individuals\, teams and organizations through times of change.
