SUMMARY:Participate in the 2018 CWF Individual Mentoring Program!
DESCRIPTION:Dear CWF Member\, \nIn line with the CWF vision: “connecting and advancing women in business” we are happy to launch the 3rd edition of the CWF Individual Mentoring cycle. \nThe first 2 editions proved to be a success and allowed the creation of 21 pairs of mentees-mentors. \nLearn\, grow and expand your skills – and network! \nThrough your experience\, your respective know-how and skill-sets\, both the mentor and mentee can benefit from new ideas\, inspiration and professional leads. \nAbout the programme format: \nDuration: March to November 2018\, monthly meetings between mentor-mentee. \nPriority: Individual Members have priority\, however Corporate Members can also register (please note that the CWF organizes a Cross-Company Mentorship Mentoring program for Corporate Members). \nNot eligible: Members who currently already participate in CWF’s cross-Company Mentoring Program. \nRegistration/participation/pairing: \nIndividual Mentoring Program 2018 guidelines: Please read the attached and only register if you consent. \nMax participation: The 2018 cycle is limited to 10 mentees\, subject to the equivalent number of registered mentors. \nPairing: Depending on the registrations received\, mentee/mentors will be paired\, after which each mentee will receive the name of 2 to 3 potential mentors and will be responsible for contacting them to evaluate which mentor could best suit her needs. \nby 28th February: Please complete the registration form here \nby Mid-March: Potential mentee/mentor pairing will be sent ; participants have 3 weeks to meet. \nnext step: mentees will communicate their mentor preference to the CWF Mentoring Committee \nfinal step: finalized pairs will be communicated to participants \nMentor or Mentee?
