DESCRIPTION:Ce cours est complet \nÀ Genève\, les secours arrivent en moyenne en 5 à 7 minutes. \nC’est rapide… mais en cas d’urgence\, chaque seconde compte.Et pourtant\, beaucoup n’osent pas intervenir par peur de mal faire. \nDeux faits interpellent : \n\nLa mortalité cardio-vasculaire est plus élevée chez les femmes que chez les hommes (en Europe\, 49% contre 40%).\nLeurs symptômes sont encore peu reconnus et souvent sous-estimés alors quels sont les symptômes d’une crise cardiaque ? … chez une femme ? … chez un homme ?\n\n\n\nEtant donné l’importance vitale des premières minutes après un malaise ou un accident\, le Career Women’s Forum propose un cours de premiers secours donné par Monsieur Joël Mühlemann. \nBiographie\nFéru d’arts martiaux\, Joël Mühlemann est également instructeur à l’Académie Européenne de Cascade à Lausanne. Depuis 2009\, il organise en Suisse romande des stages de Self Défense Bienveillante destinés particulièrement au personnel soignant mais également à tout un chacun. Il est instructeur en Premiers Secours\, certifié par le Swiss Resuscitation Council. \n\nJoël abordera ces thèmes et d’autres encore lors de deux cours de sensibilisation aux Premiers Secours qui auront lieu à l’avenue de la Praille 29\, les 7 et 14 avril 2026. \nAu programme : \n\nla légalité au sein des Premiers Secours; mes devoirs et obligations\nl’appel aux secours ; que faut-il annoncer ? On commence par quoi ?\nles n° d’urgence ; lequel sert à quoi ?\nle massage cardiaque comment ? Pendant combien de temps ?\nl’utilisation d’un défibrillateur : quels risques ?
