SUMMARY:Manipulators : How to recognize and deal with them successfully?
DESCRIPTION:Manipulations induce submission\, guilt\, fears\, pain. These power games are devastating for our physical and mental health\, whether they might take place in the personal area or at work. They are at the center of most conflicts. \nIt could be the right moment to get out of it and stop participating. For this\, Florence will teach us how to recognize manipulators\, understand their scenario of taking power and thus allow us not to participate. Knowledge and anticipation are clearly the best way to avoid getting caught in the trap. \nHowever once caught in the trap\, you need to find a solution. You will also discover and practice simple but very effective tips and tricks\, that could be useful at any time to get out of most conflicts. \nA seminar to increase self confidence\, to live everyday better\, to get more serenity with others and with oneself. \nFlorence Coulin \nFlorence Coulin is the owner and founder of ATP Consulting SàRL. She accompanies people as systemic coach through different therapeutical approaches\, all unique and adapted to every single customer in an holistic way\, in interaction with other specialists. She became an expert in communication and behaviors and support people in the delicate phases of conflict and change. \nPrior to establishing ATP Consulting SàRL 17 years ago\, Florence worked for 10 years in Pharmaceutical research. She holds a Master in Biology from the University of Geneva. Florence is presently certified and accredited within: Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP)\, Systemic Change Coach \, Adult trainer\, Insights discovery and MBTI\, Teacher at DIP. \nFlorence gives individuals and teams a different perspective on how they communicate and position themselves.
