DESCRIPTION:Build your confidence! \nBe bold! Be confident! Take risks!  \nHave you ever felt limited because you were too shy to step out of your comfort zone? Do you want to learn how to strengthen your resilience\, spontaneity\, and creativity? Well\, do not worry… The Career Women’s Forum (CWF) is thrilled to bring you a soft skills workshop on learning how to build your confidence! \nOur Welcome Back event workshop will be led by Jenna Clarke: a Geneva-based facilitator\, trainer\, and coach.  The workshop will focus on guiding you through a refined method of gently expanding your comfort zone in the mentioned areas in a safe and fun environment.  Jenna believes fully in this method as it helped her personally conquer her crippling shyness\, introversion\, and self-doubt. \nOur workshop will be a duration of 2 hours and promises to be interactive and participatory.  It will appeal to those who learn by doing\, enjoy a good time\, and are supportive of others! \nWorkshop Objectives \n\nHave a greater awareness of your creativity\nBe more resilient and adaptive to change and setbacks\nStrengthen your confidence and spontaneity\n\nJenna will guide you through simple and practical activities to tap into your creativity\, exercise your boldness\, and strengthen your confidence by using theatre\, tested improvisational\, and coaching techniques.  At the end of the workshop\, you will be more prepared to face unknown\, and challenging situations and environments! \nProgram: \nWelcome        18:00 \nWorkshop       19:00 \n
