SUMMARY:High Impact Mentoring Workshop 2023
DESCRIPTION:This workshop is  open only to the mentors and mentees who registered for the 2023 Mentoring Program \nDear 2023 CWF mentees and mentors\, \nBefore starting the CWF Mentoring Program\, we have the pleasure to invite you to an online preparatory workshop which will provide tools to make mentoring and personal development’s discussions highly effective. \nThis workshop will help to understand the respective roles of Mentors and  Mentees and  to increase their mutual confidence. \nWe encourage you to attend the workshop and learn how to manage development discussions and mentoring partnerships with positive impact and effectiveness. \nIn short – you will learn how to: \n\nDefine and understand the expectations of both mentors and mentees\nLeverage personal and professional growth through mentoring and development conversations\nApply the GROW (Goal/Reality/Obstacles/Options/Way forward) model\, a development tool that works for mentees\, reports\, colleagues\, friends and relatives.\n\nDuring the workshop\, there will be room for you to try the GROW model in small groups. \nLooking forward to e-meeting you there!
