SUMMARY:High Impact Mentoring Catch-up
DESCRIPTION:Registration is open only to mentees and mentors who have received the invitation and link to register (Spring or Fall session)\n \nAs a participant to the one of CWF’s Mentoring Programs\, we have the pleasure to invite you to a one hour online workshop/catch-up facilitated by Véronique Beltz and Christelle Patriarca. \nBased on the recording of the High Impact Mentoring worskhop given by Véronique Beltz on April 9 which will be sent to you\, you will be able to ask questions\, exchange ideas and experiences\, with the other mentors and mentees. It is not mandatory\, but however it will help you make the most of the mentoring journey with CWF! \nThe combination of the recorded workshop and this one hour catch-up will help to understand the respective roles of Mentors and  Mentees and  to increase their mutual confidence. You will also learn how to manage development discussions and mentoring partnerships with positive impact and effectiveness. \nIn short – you will learn how to: \n\nDefine and understand the expectations of both mentors and mentees\nLeverage personal and professional growth through mentoring and development conversations\nApply the GROW (Goal/Reality/Obstacles/Options/Way forward) model\, a development tool that works for mentees\, reports\, colleagues\, friends and relatives.\n\nFor confidentiality reasons\, this workshop will not be recorded. \n
