DESCRIPTION:Make sure you register before April 19\, midnight.\nFor security and organisation reasons\, we will not be able to accept any registrations after this date.\nExceptional circumstances call for exceptional measures: the Federal Council’s COVID19 (article 6a) order allows company meetings to be held virtually\, and members to be able to exercise their votes electronically. \nWe have\, therefore\, decided to maintain the date of our Members-only Annual General Meeting (AGM)\, and to hold it via video conference.
