Women & Boards (of Directors)

The Career Women’s Forum (CWF) has launched a series of initiatives aimed at strengthening the presence of women at management levels in Switzerland. The initiative “Women & Boards” aims to be a platform for encounters, education and reflection, enabling the emergence of role models applicable to the Swiss economic, social, political and artistic culture.

The CWF hence provides the possibility to make initiatives known, as well as to promote continuing education programs that favor gender balance and diversity in Swiss management circles.

WAVE

To this end, the CWF had created an annual event named WAVE (Women’s Added Value in the Economy) in order to promote exchanges and “best Practices” amongst Swiss and international companies who seek the complementarity of men-women in their talent pools. This flagship event is organized each year at the Hotel Metropole in Geneva. The event open firstly for its members reunites experts, speakers and panelists around the central theme of women representatives in higher-level management roles. The themes are selected according to their pertinence and allow participants to express their views and find “winning” angles.
